This was my second trip for the same problem. I was charged $199 dollars to have the car looked at and nothing was done except they charged my car. I keep coming out to a dead car. I will be driving it around with plenty of charge (happened again yesterday with 215 miles) park it to go in the store, come out and car is dead! I feel like I just keep getting dismissed. I work for a company that requires me to leave one location and go to another in the middle of the day, I need my car to be dependable. I can’t keep bringing it down there and having them “look at it”

Only suggestion would be that the car be seen on the day of the appointment instead of the next day. It was hard be without a car for 2 days when it only took 1 day to evaluate. But everyone was great
