The service was fine, but it is difficult to pay a fee of $200 to have the issues I advised I needed fixed merely confirmed. I have had two Hyundai vehicles that have rarely if ever required service covered by warranty. The one time I think the issue is covered I am advised the only way to know is to have the service department check it out. When I receive the estimate the service is NOT covered and will be over $1,100 to do the work. More than double what my local mechanic will charge. And to add insult to injury I have to pay $200 for the time it took the service department to let me know I’m not under warranty. I won’t be coming back.
