I dropped my vehicle off at 10 am for the appointment, and I received a text that information on multi-point vehicle inspection would be coming soon. I never received any other communication. I texted my advisor at 3 pm and called and left a voicemail at 3:40 to hear back from a service advisor and never did. Called again at 4 pm and left another voicemail because no one there can answer the phone. Finally just went up to the dealership at 4:30 pm and learned my advisor was gone and another advisor was supposed to be taking care of my vehicle. Just a very disappointing 7 hour experience for an oil change, emission test and safety inspection.
Tim couldn't have been any nicer,helpful and all around friendly and great. You're lucky to have such a great employee.

When I checked in for my oil change after waiting for 15 minutes without any acknowledgement I informed Austin that I was having battery issues. He said that he would let the technician know and would have him give me some kind of report for the battery. After my oil change he came and informed me that my oil change was complete and everything checked out fine. I looked through the paperwork and didn't see anything about the battery. I asked Austin about the battery and he said that it was fine. I then informed him that there's definitely something wrong with the battery and that my safety is endangered because of this issue. He told me to go ahead a pay and he will have someone check the battery again. After I paid I went out to my car expecting to see someone checking my battery but no one was there. I went back in to find Austin but he was nowhere to be found. I went up to the counter and told the guy that I was waiting for someone to check my battery. I informed him of the issues that I was having and he thought the same thing that I was thinking...either a dead cell in the battery or something with the connection. We went out to my car and sure enough the connection was very loose. He the went back in to grab someone to tighten the connection. I was very disappointed that I concerns went unheard and ignored by Austin especially since this was my first time. I am however, grateful to the guy that helped me and got the issue resolved.

I usually dont due surveys i fiquire if i dont complain then the work was completed. I do not like shop supplies added except for recycleing.

The system that you use to send the video and get approval for the repairs. Right above the approval box was something saying you can make installment payments of $x amount. I selected no because I thought that was approval for the installment payments, not approving the actual repair. So that caused some confusion. Overall, everything was great.
