Alex Rogal did a great job advocating between the dealership, the customer, and the warranty company. Alex did a great job utilizing his fellow colleagues (Tim) to help with outlining a strategy for the best outcome (new engine). Alex was able to also get the catalitic converter repair covered when it was determined the burning oil that caused the engine failure also caused the catalytic converter failure. Great job Alex.

Respectively, I was looking for some answers in regards to how to operate the vehicle. Yes I’ve had it for several years, but I am 70 years ago old and I asked some questions on how to operate the radio system and some other systems and got a negative response other than that the mechanical repairs were done precisely

I don’t appreciate having to pay a credit card surcharge. High class organizations do not charge a surcharge. Suntrup is putting themselves in the lower class by charging one.
