Good experience overall. The automated service appointment system made a mistake on my scheduling but the service team corrected the problem. I would sure appreciate being able to talk to a live representative when making service appointments

Ms Wolf was very efficient and customer focused. In a busy service department, she was able to keep many things running at the same time and remain calm and cordial. But be aware that the other service consultants that I have dealt with in the past, Tim and Kaylee, were just as competent. Excellent selection and training of these individuals. Thank you.

I’ve been dealing with Tim for several years now. He is always nice and friendly. He always greets me and starts explaining what they will be doing. Tim is an amazing customer service guy! Just one example, when I arrived at the dealership this morning, Tim was his very busy, happy self. I left for another appointment just down the street. When I returned I realized that I wasn’t supposed to be there until the next week! I asked him why he didn’t tell me to go home till next Wednesday! He just smiled and said No problem! My car was ready just a few minutes later and I was on the road again. My family have purchased several vehicles there and it’s always been a pleasure. Thanks Tim.
