Tim was extremely professional and kind throughout the entire experience. He provided clear, detailed information on how to reach out if I had any questions and explained how to view all incoming orders. He also made sure I knew I could return if I needed anything else addressed. His approach made the entire process stress free. I would absolutely come back. 10/10.

I like Austin but I never mentioned I had any issues!handy oil & transmission oil changed my neighbor said probably alittle dirt got in give some time IT DIDN'T GO AWAY!came in talked with Austin he said he spoke w manager said "that's normal" No not like that before never!!!! in starting it shimmys&Trun off just totally different never did that Before !!! Sorry I know my Car Not Happy "DIDNOT DO THAT when I brought in are i WOULD HAVE SAID SO !!! I ASK FOR A WELL EXPERIENCED Person came up alot can happen if NOT done Correctly not Happy.geri goeggel Don't you think I know the difference!!!!!

I had an appointment for an oil change and it took two hours to be completed. Where I service my other car they complete it in under 30 minutes. Oil change appointments should work like clockwork since you know exactly what you need to do and how long each vehicle takes to get that service done before scheduling the next appointment.

Alex was great! I had an appointment on Thursday at 7:45, they didn't get a chance to troubleshoot the car until Friday. Found they needed parts, but didn't get those til Tuesday. The service reps are great, but the overwhelming amount of cars they have to service can reflect poorly on the business as far as turnover. Thank you.

Alex was great, the service was great. But 2 hrs for a tire rotation / balance was a long time. I know they do multi point inspections but they might let customers know it could be that long
