I was told the service would take an hour and 15 minutes, but it took a half hour more than that. It was only an oil & filter change and tire rotation so I felt the first estimate was more than enough time.

I brought my car there to find out why my battery dies after seven days and it is a new battery. I also told him my trunk wouldn’t open unless I use the key. The trunk issue was resolved but no test were ran on the battery issue. I’m a little disappointed because the main issue was the battery and it was not taken care of. People make mistakes and I am not giving Chris a bad review I just think he should have been more attentive when I was discussing my situation and everything could’ve been taken care of. Other than that I thought he was very professional. I will see if I still have this problem with the battery and bring my car back if the problem persists.
