We are very happy with the attention to our problem with our GV70. Acacia has been very helpful and has not given up when the problem did not at first present itself. The staff including Acacia and Billy Greenhaw have been hardworking and accommodating. We are looking forward to having the full resolution of our problem in December. I approved two filters and their prices and was surprised to have additional billing for the labor when it came to check out. I was also not expecting the oil change to be $80ish. I know dealership service tends to be higher but this was way more than anticipated.

Acacia was wonderful, very friendly and courteous. Service was done very timely and completely. My only critique is on delivery of vehicle after service. On Friday the vehicle was returned and smelled of weed or some other poignant substance and both Friday and Monday service vehicle was returned unvaccumed or washed,which is just something I've been accustomed to receiving after servicing. Overvall very close to being "completely" satisfied.

I never have to worry about my cars being taken care of when I have Tim write up my repair order. He is always going the extra step to make sure everything gets done correctly and in the quickest possible time. Thanks again Tim Mccarthy for all you do.
