Jamonte was great. Even though I was very disappointed that I had received a text confirming my appointment and that it wasn’t showing up at Suntrup. I don’t know who that complaint needs to go to, but if it’s AI or if it’s someone managing those texts of confirmation that go out but yet I got there today and I wasn’t on the list to be serviced. Jamonte did a great job of making me feel comfortable and that he would make sure that I got serviced, and it wasn’t a super long time to finish.

When appointment was scheduled, AI asked if I was leaving the car and I replied no. When I arrived I had to sign a form acknowledging I was waiting and it could be a while/all day. It was only about 2 1/2 hours so appreciate it being pushed through. If using AI, it needs to work for everyone. Thanks.

I scheduled my appointment using the automated telephone service but when I arrived for my appointment, the service rep did not have my appointment listed.

I had an 8:30 AM appointment to replace the driver front mirror. I had to sit there for three hours waiting. All of the oil changes were being done first. Alex told me that they were busy. Well, that’s not my problem. I felt like I was being pushed aside.. I felt nobody had the time to take my old mirror off and put the new one on. I wouldn’t think it would take three hours to do this job. I talked to other people that had 930 and 10:00 AM appointments, they left way before I did. I don’t know if I will bring my car back.
