He has always been able to find a way to get my car on the road and keep it easy on my end with the financial part which makes my life easier not having to worry about what is gonna happen with my car if I’m not able to afford it.

I drive a Tucson. You all put me in an elantra. You missed an upsale opportunity. I'll be checking the Nissan and mazda dealership after the new year. 50k Miles and I couldn't fuel my car. Not happy

Responses were slow, my appointment wasn't in the system when I arrived and I had to show my email and text I received confirming the appointment to be seen. I felt like a criminal. How does that happen? I make the appointment, you guys confirm, send a text and email but it doesn't show up when I arrive. Then The part I needed wasn't in stock I paid for the items I had done and left

Service is always good however the was an opportunity that was missed that would have been above and beyond this time around that was missed: I had low tire pressure due to the change in weather it would have been nice if the technician wood have filled them.

I have had Tim as a service man since 2016 by me being a women he has help me whenever I get service by telling me what I need and what he suggest I enjoy talking to Tim he helps me out a lot wouldn’t trade him for the world
