The communication throughout this entire process was horrendous. There were multiple days without updates and multiple calls and messages that went unreturned. There were no updates given until a voicemail that said it was “good news” and a promise for another phone call that never came. Communication was so bad my wife and I had to physically drive up to the dealership to get an answer. I’d really prefer to follow up with someone else as I know developmentally delayed toddlers that have better communication skills than Tim.

Tim is the LeBron James of service advisors. He’s the GOAT, and all he does is win. He’s customer-focused; he gets the job done, and he’s communicative about it. He’s clear, and he listens to what the customer needs. When Tim is your advisor, you never hit dead ends, because he has seen it all before and knows how to manage whatever the problem or request is. He’s a great guy to have on the Hyundai team

Service was straightforward but making an appointment was painful. I strongly prefer to sit with my car as it’s much more convenient than dropping off, but I would have had to wait until May to have that type of appointment.
