Tim should not be left alone to contact customers via messaging. This is the second issue I have had with Tim so it needs to be documented . His communication lacks clarity and major structural, grammatical, and mechanical mistakes. This lead to parts being put on my car I did not ask for NUMEROUS TIMES!! I fear this may be ongoing with Tim so I encourage Tim maybe complete a training and/or have his management team shadow him to assist him. He made my experience today blatantly put, awful! He made me wait up at the dealership, 2/11/2026, an extra hour throwing off my schedule for the entirety of the day. I will make sure in the future Tim is NOT the advisor for my 2018 Hyundai Tucson.
