My issue is not with Alex. I asked that the wheel locks be removed. They weren't. Also, the panel that covers the spare tire in the trunk no longer lays flat. Additionally, I received multiple communications recently asking me to trade in vehicle. Several days ago, I was asked if I'd be willing to discuss it with the sales department during my cars service. I agreed, but made it clear that I have not paid off my loan. It was stated that the manager felt he could give me a "deal". The person I was talking to speak with was not present. I then waited another 45 minutes to be helped only to find out that the "deal" was more than $100 over my current loan payment. I really was not looking to trade my car in at this time, and I understand the math. I just dont appreciate having my time wasted.

When setting up my appointment I requested that my tires not be rotated. I reported I recently bought tires at Sam’s and would have them rotate my tires. When I was checked in a pad with my service order was presented for me to sign. I saw oil change listed and signed the pad. While waiting received text with full service order showing a tire rotation was listed against my request. I talked to Service advisor and she had it removed. The Tech changed my tires pressures which were wrong and something I never requested. I had to add air to front tires today to get them back to the 34 lbs listed for my car.

I love Sunttip. I travel from St. Peters and everytime I have visited your dealership I have always been treated well. Most people hate dealing with dealerships but Suntrip is not your average dealership. The people there in every department are well trained and taught to work with customers accordingly. I plan purchasing all of my vehicles from South County Suntrip and bring ALL of my vehicle needs there.
