I have always been completely satisfied with Hyundai service and especially my service rep, Tim McCarthy. He and his team are knowledgeable, professional, and always take time to explain to me the process and how my situation will be remedied. I always feel like I'm treated like family with them.

Professional and mostly on time.
First of all, I had to argue about why the rear wiper blade was not installed after it was included in my work order. I was challenged with an extra charge after I paid and went to my car and found it wasn't done. I finally, after some loud discussion and getting an opinion from the service manager got the extra charge dismissed. Then upon driving away, I discovered that someone had taken several quarters from my driver's armrest that I keep there for shopping carts. It's not the value, but I feel like my personal space was violated. Not sure if I will return for anything other than warranty work in the future.

Quite a few people were sitting in the waiting area and a woman employee walked through an noticed her grandmother sitting in the waiting area. She appeared to be surprised and announced to the room that she would have brought grandma's car in had she known. She said let me go see who is working on your car, comes back in and announces that she moved her to the front of the line! That was not received well with the rest of us sitting in waiting room who had arrived before grandma. It really was very unprofessional!! Also every time we bring our car in the inside gets vacuumed but not today, is this something new?

I like that the mechanic Travis showed me the condition of my filters so I could see for myself he's the first that did that and make sure that I was safe by replacing my battery and gave me pointers on my tires. And Tim McCarthy's awesome at making everything go smoothly and even knew about the recalls before I got there and I love that you do the alignment as you're going through the door so you know what conditions are in
He is very carteous. He is very knowledgeable. He's also extremely friendly. Good guy, all the way around.
