Car running great. Customer service good except rep was out sick 2 days and does not appear anyone was covering for her. Frustrating that nobody got back to me on vehicle status until she returned. When she was there service was great and well communicated

I wasn’t entirely sure where to go - rental return or service cashier. When I went to return the rental car nobody was there so I tried calling the number on my paperwork but they didn’t give an option for Hyundai - maybe Ford & Nissan? Think another extension needs to be added? Thanks.

Everything was excellent with my service up to picking up my car. Checkout was great, but the excessive wait for my car to be brought up was annoying. There were two people waiting longer than I was (one of them had been waiting over 20 minutes after checking out/paying. Apparently nobody knew where the porters were for that period of time. But once one car was brought up, the others including mine soon followed. Other than that, great experience.

The only glitch was that I learned there were two types of service appointments: either wait or shuttle. The shop assumed we were classified as shuttle so we would have had to wait three and one half hours. However I am happy to say that they pushed through our appointment so that our wait was only an hour and a half.
