Approximately two weeks ago, I brought my vehicle in for brake service, which cost approximately $600. Prior to this service, my vehicle was not making any squealing or unusual noises. Immediately after picking up my vehicle, I began noticing a squealing sound. Initially, I assumed this may have been normal with new brake components. However, the noise persisted. Due to a recent death in my family, I was unable to return immediately, but I did contact the dealership to report the issue and scheduled a follow-up appointment. At that visit, I was informed there was “tire shine on the rotors” and that I would be charged for cleaning them. I want to clearly state that I had not taken my vehicle to a car wash or applied any products to the tires or wheels since picking it up from service. Therefore, I question how such contamination would have occurred after leaving your facility. Additionally, I was informed that the noise may be related to the struts, yet I was told your dealership is no longer Genesis certified and could not address that concern. I was advised to seek service elsewhere and to address it before reaching 60,000 miles.

Alex did okay, however my car is still never fixed every single time I go in there. I have now been told to go to another dealership for a second opinion. I am never buying another Hyundai again after this experience.
