It happened to me twice already that your mechanic did a wrong tire rotation in my vehicle even though I gave instructions to the person who inspected my car. I told him that I want forward cross pattern for the tire rotation but it wasn’t followed. I’m tired of these people that cannot follow an instruction. This needs to be corrected because it’s wasting my time bringing my vehicle to your shop and I was expected a good service but it wasn’t. Two mistake of tire rotations is unacceptable.
