The repair was done, but communication could have been better. When I picked up my car after the bumper replacement, the inner fender liner was missing and they hadn’t noticed until I pointed it out. I’m glad I checked before leaving. It also took about a month to order and install the new one, and I had to follow up several times by call and text for updates. but they made sure everything was taken care of in the end. I appreciate the effort to get it fixed and the final result looks great.

Good service as always. Only issue was that it took way to long. Dropped off at 8:30 AM, and wasn't ready until 4 PM.

I had a electrical problem with the main screen. Tim outlined what would be done I particularly liked the video from tech, Billy Pierce. Tim also went over everything when I picked up the car. I am more than satisfied with your services. I am less satisfied with the build quality of Hyundai. I did not think I would need service on a car I bought on January 2.

Austin was good and the accessment was done and quotes received quickly. I think when keeping cars overnight the rep should call and let customer know that the car will need to be there another day before you all close.

Car wasn’t fixed to my standards and communication about the issue was nonexistent. The whole experience has been a complete mess and highly disappointed that a business would treat a customer this way. I’m absolutely positive I will never purchase another Hyundai in my life and will tell everyone I know to do the same. Just a horrible experience!

They charged me $105. For Trying to program a new key fob, that I had to order online, because you can’t get them, anymore. A waste of my time And money!
