Our technician, Alex, did a fine job. We brought my vehicle in for a broken sun roof mechanism, which we knew ahead of time. This was verified by the evaluation. We were then charged $200(!) to be told what we already knew (not towards the repair). We understand that there will be a fee - $50 would be appropriate, $200 is outrageous.

My experience at Suntrup Hyundai South for my recent oil change was excellent from start to finish. The service team was professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and attentive, making sure my vehicle was checked in quickly and that I understood exactly what service was being done. The oil change itself was completed in a timely manner, and I appreciated how carefully they handled my car and kept me updated while I waited. What really stood out to me was the extra level of care they showed—especially the complimentary car wash at the end of the service. It was a small but thoughtful touch that made a big difference, and it was great to leave not only knowing my vehicle was running well but also looking freshly cleaned. Experiences like this are why I value good customer service, and the team truly made me feel like my time and my vehicle mattered. I left feeling very satisfied with the quality of service and grateful for the professionalism and courtesy shown throughout my visit. I appreciate the service.

Teresa Declue was wonderful! My issue is that the heater problem with my car was not resolved and I was told that it's functioning as it was designed to. I'm assuming that it's designed to not warm up my car in the winter and I'm not satisfied with that.

The repair was done, but communication could have been better. When I picked up my car after the bumper replacement, the inner fender liner was missing and they hadn’t noticed until I pointed it out. I’m glad I checked before leaving. It also took about a month to order and install the new one, and I had to follow up several times by call and text for updates. but they made sure everything was taken care of in the end. I appreciate the effort to get it fixed and the final result looks great.
