I was called by the service department telling me my car was due for an oil change. I made an appointment for 330 and my oil change and tire rotation was not completed until 615 pm. I was told it was because they did not have the oil filter for my Genesis G80. I was given a 15% discount and service was completed well. Service needs to ensure that parts are in stock for daily service appointments.

Dropped off my G80 for a pre inspection service prior to an extended warranty purchase. Katie was superb in her explanation and execution of my contract. My interface with your service specialist Tim McCarthy was also exceptional. What a treat to work with someone so caring and dedicated to his trade and his focus on me, the customer. I was told service would reset a message I keep receiving regarding maintenance due. I was told apparently it’s set for 5,000 miles instead of 8,000 miles. Not only is my car still saying maintenance is due but also my Bluelink. Yesterday the only service done was my emissions test because no other maintenance is due. Also when I set up the appointment I said I was bringing my car in for a recall. When I went to the cashier she said the part wasn’t in. I thought since I planned ahead the part would have been ordered. So I am disappointed in the communication.

I was disappointed to find out that one thing I wanted checked was deemed to be "previously fixed to specs from Hyundai and was not verified in a test drive" and I was not informed of this until I showed up to pay the bill. I would have been happy to go on a test drive to point out the noise. The other thing I noticed is that all four tires were overinflated. The sticker on the door indicates proper inflation is 34 PSI when cold, my tires are now all at 44 PSI. Outside of this, the rest of the service went well. I was glad that they identified a recall that needed to be performed and took care of it while the car was in.
