In general things were good. However the service was not entered in blue link so I keep getting annoying messages about service overdue on my car and phone.

They knew I was coming because of the recalls and you should have enough parts supplies to fix your clients cars. They messed up with my work and now I have to stop going to work for a second day when you guys get the parts. This is not a good customer service.

Everything was super smooth and friendly! I loved the texting feature with Acacia, who was very helpful and answered any question I had! I liked the video updates explaining and showing what was wrong and happening with my vehicle. I will be back.

I shouldn’t have to have a hand written post-it note attached to my dashboard that I need to have my granddaughter’s car seat resecured. I should have been told upfront that they wouldn’t reinstall the seat after they took it out to do the seat belt recall. I didn’t put it in my car so I don’t know how to reinstall. I would have removed it if I had known upfront so I would know how to reinstall. Tim didn’t say anything to me when we were chatting. I sent a text with a pic when I saw the post-it note, of course he can’t receive it. Only then did he apologize for the inconvenience when I told him what the post-it said via text not a phone call.

Acacia was a delight to work with. She was very good about letting us know what was to be done. The only issue we had was in the beginning trying to get a service person on the initial service call. It was a ai recording and took way to long to get a person

Acacia Wolf was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure all my expectations were well met above and beyond. I drove over an 1hr to specifically go to Suntrup to have my vehicle serviced and also to her instead of somewhere closer because of the professionalism. Would highly recommend both Acacia and Suntrup to any one of my close friends and family.
