I could not be happier with the treatment I received from Tim in a very stressful situation. I can honestly say that I have never been treated so kindly and respectfully ever at another service department. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable during our time waiting for my husband to arrive from 4 hours away to pick us up, even checking on us before he left for the day to make sure we did not need anything else. He has been phenomenal in communicating with me during the entire process. Thank you so much for making a very scary, stressful situation a little easier, I am very grateful.

I don’t think it should take 2 hours to do an oil change and i asked that the car be washed and vacuumed. It was washed but not vacuumed at all even though it was written on the green tag on the mirror. So your employees or either lazy or incompetent or they can’t read

The job was to fix the scratch in the front bumper and the ding in the door. The door ding was skipped.
