Angela did a wonderful job, got me taken care of and out quick. The downfall was the porters...both had headphones/ ear buds in and I had to repeat myself twice so they could understand what I was saying, uniforms might be nice because neither was dressed professionally. Lastly, as I was getting ready to leave a different porter blocked me in and was annoyed that he had to move so I could get out.

Tim did an exceptional job of keeping me in the loop about what they were doing in troubleshooting my new vehicle. Having my new vehicle with about 4700 miles on it towed to a dealership was not an enjoyable experience. We had to rent a vehicle to get home to Iowa where we live. Tim did an exceptional job of guiding us through this whole process and assuring us that he would take care of us. He’s a good man and he’s sincere and caring. Larry W

I have no problem with the service provided. However, I thought nearly $400 to replace four spark plugs was excessive. I will not likely bring my car back to Suntrup for service.

The problem started in the parts department and unfortunately Alex did not double check when I asked him too. Unfortunately that was because another service agent told him it was the right part. It was not. From my first phone call to multiple follow ups I stated I wanted a 1 1/4 inch tow receiver. They still ordered a two inch and installed it. In the upside Alex honored the Hyundai internet hitch purchase with install price. This was because no one advised me of the install cost. Alex was not the problem. It was the parties prior to the him.
