Acacia was fantastic! I had no idea that my tires were so low. Glad they caught that and acacia helped me with a tire quote. I was nervous about doing something so expensive at a dealership so I called around and I was impressed with Suntrup’s tire pricing. I also really appreciate the follow up after service with Treasure to make sure everything went good. I will definitely be back!!!!

Tim McCarthy is an excellent advisor. He is our family advise. My mom and I trust him and his opinions. On a scale of 1 - 10, he’s a 20+. We stay with Suntrup Hyundai because of him! Please be good to him! He’s an employee you do not want to lose!

The service Rep was good. The service recommendations were not. I like the car, I like my salesman. I have not been happy with the service department. Fortunately it is a good car.

The service that was completed on my car went fine. Sadly, I have been trying since January to have this completed though and no one would return my calls. I finally got the appointment and after my car was checked in I then received a text message asking if my car was even there?! I was very confused as I thought the technicians would have been aware of this before reaching out to me. I was also told that this would take a long amount of time and that I was not able to sit and wait for it to be completed, but rather drop it off the day prior. After I had to find a different car for my trip to my job because this was told to me, I was shocked to see that the whole service time for my car was under 1 1/2 hours in which I could’ve waited at the dealership. I hope to have a better experience next time!
