It was the second attempt to fix the deep gouge on the front of my car. Fixing it to my complete satisfaction was a condition of buying. It seems that a traveling paint/touchup man who is only in town once a week may not create the best outcome. I’m not angry, I’ve said nothing to anyone in my circle about the experience, I am disappointed.

Robert has been incredibly helpful with managing my genesis services. The first two times, he arranged for a driver to pick up my car, handle the service and return it making the whole process effortless for me. Anytime i have a question, he’s just a quick text away and always responds promptly. I truly appreciate him and his team for their support.
