I had my oil changed and asked about rotating my tires which I bought from them 6,000 miles ago and they wanted to charge me…? Also somebody told me that my ac was fixed temporarily while they ordered a part.. It’s not fixed..I also twice to have Robert, service mgr, to call and that hasn’t happened… A little disappointed…

If I could tell 1 million people not to purchase a vehicle from you all I would... I'm so dissatisfied with the service I've received. A salesman can do a great job at selling to make sure you buy the vehicle, however the service has been horrible! If I could get the service like I got from the salesman I would be much happier! I already have to drive 255 miles to and from to get service, that’s an inconvenience in itself… I do understand mistakes happen but what happened with my experience while my vehicle was in you all care was a careless mistake that shouldn't have never happened... And the check engine light came back on Saturday, I’m wondering did they even fix my vehicle or did they put the part on the vehicle that they delivered to me which was the wrong vehicle.

i have 2 bald back tires and need 2 new ones to replace them. i was told i would pay when the tires came in!! assuming they were not reared the day i had my oil changed, but they were NOT! then i’m told i cannot get the SAME tire res from they are back ordered!!! not happy
