My wife drove 2 and a half hours to this dealership and was told she would have a courtesy vehicle to use while our vehicle was being worked on but this did not happen. We are also still experiencing a knocking coming from the front end but on the two inspections this vehicle has had it’s checked as good on the inspection list

Mr. Robert and his team were very kind and helped me with all my questions and needs about my car. I had some other issues with some of the Genesis dealerships but this one was by far the nicest experience and service I received. I will be back for all services and future car buying when needed with these gentlemen.
