This is the only place I trust to have my car serviced. This is my second car from Clovis Kia and they have always taken good care of the cars. Geovanni and everyone at the service department and parts are wonderful. Geovanni had me go to the parts department when I told him about my original key fob not working so I could get a new battery and concerns on paint chips so I could get touch to paint. They were great and helpful. Thank you!!!

Geo was very nice and helpful. He checked for recalls which I did have one. Also put I. For another warranty issue while I was there. Looked for and gave me the best price on my service. The service and recall were done exponentially. I was out there in a little over an hour.
He kept me posted on what was pretty fast service and filled me in on what I needed to do at the next service.
I'm always happy with their service.

Once it got approved they finished it up fast
They said my car was fixed but it wasn’t. Communication could be better. I had to call for any update. They had my car for 18 days and said I could come get it. It immediately had the same problem and I hadn’t even driven off the lot yet. It’s a brand new car. 6 months old. This shouldn’t be happening at all. I do appreciate they arranged for a rental car. And in person they’re very nice.
The service department was very pleasant and helpful. Flaco was friendly, gave the estimate for service and explained what was being done and approximate time of when my vehicle would be ready. I'm very pleased with my experience.
