I had an excellent experience working with Diana as my service advisor. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive. Even though I brought in my Toyota Tacoma, she treated my service needs with the same level of care and expertise you’d expect for any vehicle.

Because I came around 7:15 am, & the car was accepted around 7:50 am. I told the representative that I just needed a change oil only. But I dont know why it took 21/2 hours to complete the oil change, I just Wish it could be much faster so that I wouldn't get late for my appointment. But maybe next time I would just give allowance to my other appointments. But in fairness the representative apologized for the delay.

I’m really disappointed with the experience and I won’t be recommending Future Kia Clovis service to anyone. There were multiple issues with the service and my car isn’t even fixed.

It’s always a pleasure to spend time waiting for my vehicle to have basic routine service, oil change, tire rotation and safety check. I did have a 9am appointment so was not a walk-in. I received a text at 11:50am letting me know my vehicle was now complete and ready for pick-up.
I WAITED ALMOST THREE WHOLE HOURS!
