I think every Kia dealership needs a Jacob and Rio. This was my first time getting my car serviced at this dealership. I usually go to Selma dealership but was not satisfied with my service there. I would highly recommend Jacob and Rio. 10/10

Eric and the entire staff has always treated me and my family well. Over the past 3 to 5 years we’ve had six or seven vehicles that we bought and we’ve had them all serviced at Kia in Clovis and Eric has always gone above and beyond anything that could be expected. We appreciate him very much, as well as the entire staff

Hi, this is Jose Valdez . I recently brought my vehicle in for seat repair/replacement due to the damage. I drove all the way from Tulare to Fresno, which is about a 45–50 minute drive each way (around 35–40 miles one way), meaning I spent close to 1.5–2 hours total driving and used a significant amount of gas for this visit. I was very disappointed to find that only the bottom portion of the seat was addressed, while the top portion that also needed repair was not completed. This made the trip feel like a waste of time and money, especially considering the distance I traveled. I would like to understand why the full repair was not completed as expected and what can be done to resolve this properly. I am requesting that the remaining work be taken care of without requiring me to go through the same inconvenience again. Please let me know how you plan to fix this. Thank you.
