Everything went well until I received my car. Someone damaged my steering wheel. Picture was taken. Have not heard anything yet. Should have had the service manager come out and make it right.

The service person, Geo, was very polite and helpful. However, I noticed that in the “new” (?) window, there are small dots that look like micro chips and there’s also one on the driver side window. You can only tell when the light hits directly on the windshield. I am not sure why my new car is having these problems.

Abby was extremely helpful and polite. She checked me in for my oil change while multitasking on a call . Abby has a good personality and is always to eager and attentive to customer expectations. Abby also helped me to submit a claim to repair my stereo in my vehicle and has been researching and following up with this matter. She is a great asset to your company . Thank you Abby!
