Once it got approved they finished it up fast
They said my car was fixed but it wasn’t. Communication could be better. I had to call for any update. They had my car for 18 days and said I could come get it. It immediately had the same problem and I hadn’t even driven off the lot yet. It’s a brand new car. 6 months old. This shouldn’t be happening at all. I do appreciate they arranged for a rental car. And in person they’re very nice.
The service department was very pleasant and helpful. Flaco was friendly, gave the estimate for service and explained what was being done and approximate time of when my vehicle would be ready. I'm very pleased with my experience.
Geo was very helpful and courteous. He let me know the condition of my car in language I could understand.
