The service was excellent, but the technician that test drove my car adjusted the seat settings, and I’ve been struggling since then to get the seat comfortable again. I suggest that not be done in the future.

Took the car in for a broken door handle after over two weeks, the entire door system is now not functioning. The doors wouldn’t lock, now they don’t unlock. The service department has attempted twice to return a car that is unsafe to me. Very dissatisfied and upset. The smaller loaner car should be replaced with an eight seat vehicle like the one I have in for repairs at no cost to me plus a discount for the additional troubles and delays.

I picked up my car, and it drives significantly better than when I left it. However, they had my car for a month and a half without any communication. I had to find information about my CPO warranty after they informed me it was expired. I even sought assistance from a different Kia dealership to obtain warranty details. It appears that they are understaffed and need to improve their customer service.

Abby was great.The tech found that I needed 2axels instead of 1. I do not have the funds to get it fixed. Besides 2021 is not that old to be having my. Axels go out. I spent over$1200 getting my tires and brakes. And then another estimate for over $2300. I just can't afford it.Abby was super. She gave lots of info,and got my car to me quickly.

He pleasantly greeted me as I was gathering my belongings. He was very polite and professional. Didn’t rush me through the process and talked directly to me. (Eye contact) He showed professionalism and I would ask for him again if I needed to take my car back again. Yoy are blessed to have him on your team.
