I got great help from Rouben , he was really nice and approachable. We had a short conversation that was pleasant and helped me on what i needed it. I was able to see one of the guys that helped me before Flaco and he commented that i was a nice person and felt good that he remembered me. We need more people like Rouben and Flaco they are really nice and felt welcome
