I had an incident that happened to my new vehicle I had just purchased a week prior and Eric insured me that everything would be checked which put my worried mind at ease. The service guy, I guess his name is Flaco was very dismissive and rude. He was rude to my wife on the phone the day prior. When he called me he was trying to get off the phone really fast and I was trying to explain the situation. He accused me of being annoyed. What he didn’t realize was that I was driving back from Bakersfield and my son sustained a leg injury during a game. I was on the phone using Bluetooth so it was hard hear. I did call him an **** because he was rude to my wife and rude to me. I don’t want to do with that dude ever again. He is a poor representative of your company and should not be allowed to deal with customers.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment with Future Kia, and from the very beginning I felt completely taken care of. I was greeted right away when I arrived, and the whole process was seamless. Flaco was especially friendly, helpful, and clear in his communication, which made everything stress-free. I’m very happy I chose this dealership for my new Kia’s first service, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
