Had a 0730 appt for 60k mile service and windshield wiper not spraying. Called at 1200 and car had not been started yet. Arrived at 2:00,car was out front. Wipers were not checked until I mentioned it upon check out.car had not been washed yet so I just wanted to leave. . 7 hours after appt time, all that was done was an oil change. Had to clean paper off seat and floor in car myself which was gross. And windshield wiper still doesn’t spray. Now I have to make another appt which I am dreading.
The service department was so efficient, not just me, but to everyone I seen bringing their vehicles in. The agent that took care of me his name is Giovanni. He was very knowledgeable and did everything in a speedy manner which I appreciated his ability and acknowledge. my oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. Everyone in the service department I’ve seen before and they have helped me in the past are great thank you very much, Kia.

I'm Completely unsatisfied with the service and information I was given I was miss lead that the warranty was going to cover my engine getting replaced I was even told that even without having receipts he has seen the warranty go through oh and his communication was awful it took 3 days for him to respond back and when I would call I was told he's busy and he'll call you back but days would go by .. it's very frustrating when your told warranty will cover but then told sorry it won't
Completely unsatisfied with the service I was given and I will never buy a Kia again and I will never recommend to anyone to buy a Kia
