I understand you are the public facing piece for a problem with Soul EV that Kia corporate has been slow or inept to address. But your handling has been bad. We have loved our vehicles, but the lack of information, updates, follow up and customer management has been horrible. The best examples of customer service have all left Kia Clovis and been replaced by a failing (or completely broken) system. Every time an employee has said “we’re working to get better” the experience has actually gotten worse. Our car has been there 9 months. And randomly, the same week Kia Corporate finally agrees to buy our vehicle back I get an unexpected, poorly written text saying “come get your car” When I ask for info the text response is all Caps and derogatory which equals yelling and frustration. Please, look at my conversation with Flaco, along with my past interactions via email and text with the 3-4 team members who have rolled over in the 9 months you’ve had our car. You have a consisten problem with customer relationships. For additional insight feel free to ask corporate about our experience during this process. Every time I go the staff there is very friendly and welcoming. Jacob put down everything wrong with my car and it got resolved fast. Definitely the best service department in my opinion.

When I picked up my car the check engine light was on and it showed that all 4 tires were low on air. My tires were rotated and air pressure was supposed to have been checked. I was also missing 2 valve stems. I went to a gas station and put air in all 4 tires to make sure they had the proper air in them. The check engine light then went off.

Had a 0730 appt for 60k mile service and windshield wiper not spraying. Called at 1200 and car had not been started yet. Arrived at 2:00,car was out front. Wipers were not checked until I mentioned it upon check out.car had not been washed yet so I just wanted to leave. . 7 hours after appt time, all that was done was an oil change. Had to clean paper off seat and floor in car myself which was gross. And windshield wiper still doesn’t spray. Now I have to make another appt which I am dreading.

The service department was so efficient, not just me, but to everyone I seen bringing their vehicles in. The agent that took care of me his name is Giovanni. He was very knowledgeable and did everything in a speedy manner which I appreciated his ability and acknowledge. my oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. Everyone in the service department I’ve seen before and they have helped me in the past are great thank you very much, Kia.
