I dropped my car off at 1:00 pm, the worker told me it would be done by 5ish. No one called me to let me know it was done I called twice once at 4:48 pm and the person who answered said they close at 6 so just wait for them to call. I called back at 5:48 and the person who answered said “yea your car says complete” he said they closed at 6 and I needed to pay before I can get so I had to pay online and he said the keys will be in the main building. I get there and go to the main building no one knows where my keys are and can’t find any paperwork. The worker in the front sent me to the service area and there were workers in there when I walked in I have my name and he said my car was in the wash still at this point it’s 6:20 ish? Please make sure the communication is there when dealing with customer service
I didn’t that the pricing was fair. Charging a diagnostic fee for a previous repair doesn’t make sense.

Had an appointment for two recalls on my car today (2021 KIA K5 GT-LINE) appointment was set for 11AM, brought it in 2 hours earlier. Didn't get any update all throughout the day until about 4:30PM - 5PM just to tell me that a technician would be working shortly on my car. Mind you, they've had my car for a total of 7 and a half hours. When the car was ready for pick-up, I spoke with the service rep and he told me that the parts were replaced BUT now my A/C wasn't blowing out cold when they tested it. Now, upon arrival at 9AM I had told him that my car was blowing out cold when he asked. Then proceeded to tell me that I'll have to bring the car back AGAIN, start from scratch and perform another diagnosis that is $225. We live in Fresno, it's 100 plus degrees outside, I have two children under the age of 18 years old and for them to let me leave the service department with HOT **** AIR blowing out is utterly INSANE especially when it was blowing out cold before I even brought it there. Tomorrow is Saturday and Monday is Labor Day. I refuse to wait till Tuesday to get it fixed so I took my car to a "Master Technician" who is a family friend that has worked for WEBER BMW for 25+ years. He looked at my car and found that one of the wires wasn't even connected for the A/C fans to even kick on and because they weren’t kicking on, my car could’ve overheated and you guys were the last people to touch my car which means that could’ve resulted in a lawsuit. DO BETTER! its really not that hard to TRIPLE check / inspect before returning ANYONE'S car back to their owner.
