Geo was overwhelmingly helpful to me! I am traveling from out of state and he helped me get a quick oil change. Take a look at some issues I thought might be happening with my car. He got Rio to look at it the next morning they had a diagnosis and parts were ordered. I know they cannot control the length of time for part delivery. That’s the only caveat to this as it has stalled my travels. I could not have found a better understanding and knowledgeable person to help me. Fingers crossed that when the part comes in all will be well.

He was extremely sympathetic and kept me updated throughout the entire time my vehicle was at Future Kia.
