Thank you for Jacob! Very nice young man with great customer skills and knowledge. Kept me updated thru my cars service. Oil change went well. Evidently when my car was hit a few years ago, the service techs found damage that was not repaired by the Caliber Body shop which intern created havoc under my car on drivers side. It will be a very expensive repair job. I’m going to seek out if body shop should be the one to repair the underside. Also talk with my insurance agent. Ohh Jacob provided great angle pictures.
