Face to face service was fabulous!! But please… do away with your AI appointment program… very difficult to work with.. and I can only speak for myself.. but when I’m making an appointment… I walk to talk to a real person!! All I asked for was an oil change. I did not ask for my fluids to be filled and charged for. I was OK with it this time, but if they did it again, I would be upset. When someone just asked for an oil change if you’re gonna to do anything else you should ask them first.

Rouben was professional and extremely polite. I made sure he understood that from my prospective he was not AT ALL responsible for how poorly built our Kia Telluride is. This was the 3rd trip back to get the trim replaced on our vehicle. Completely and utterly UNACCEPTABLE! As I said, the service department has been very good to me; really ZERO complaints. The company that built this vehicle should be ashamed! Rouben was great and I appreciate his urgency. THANK YOU FOR making sure my vehicle was handled accordingly.
