I am SO sorry to whoever had to drive my car. I had been on back to back road trips for work and didn’t realize how gross and smelly it was until I picked it up after the service!!!!!
Everything was going well, but im called to pickup my car get there and im told its not ready. A few days I pick up my car the airbag light is on, then the engine lite comes on. Im tired so I went home. Called advised to bring it back. Take it back guys not there. Can I come back. Went home I worked a few days finally got back to kia told guys not there. I said thats it I better get this taken care of today. Service manager took my car back. 45 minutes or so cars ready. Rocko was very nice and explains the best he could. I leave the engine light still comes on and off. Now what? I took it in for a tick in the engine got a new engine and other things are going wrong. I dont know what im supposed to think. So, I will leave it until the engine light comes on and stays on. I have enjoyed my kia soul since 2013. Im perplexed.
He did great. Handled us with care, quick and easy. No hassle. Made it to BDubs at the perfect time. Thank you Jacob.

Jacob did not speak to me face to face. Every time I came in, someone else handled his job. He is always negative, withholds information that would give him better review. Fails to clearly communicate what is found wrong, what was done and parts replaced or repaired. The last time, the computer was cleared and the car returned after more than 30 days in the dealers. Warranty options are not communicated to me when the subject of a rental/loaner vehicle. Customer service is awful and his attitude makes it even worse.
Getting out of your parking lot is terrible! Blocked off everywhere and no where to turn around! Everything lease was great, but you need to really have areas marked n how to get back out onto Willow!
Wind shield wiper fluid was not topped off

I was not contacted or communicated with, I had to call everyday myself for an update. I dropped my car off 09/26 and a technician did not get a diagnosis until 10/01, and then I was able to pick up car conveniently when I asked for another update or diagnosis results. My family and I rely on 2 cars and we were not provided a rental or given the option which created a week long hassle especially when it was due to error from last visit. I am still confused about the radiator clamp failing and engine knock sensor, seems like negligence from last job.
Eric was extremely kind and let me know everything that needed to be maintenance on my car. Quick and efficient work
