Took 2 days in the shop to figure out the sensor issue, wasn’t provided a rental and had to spend money on ubers to go home. I had to call multiple times on the second day; I was never notified of overnight need, I just assumed because he said it might stay overnight. Picked up the car with issue unresolved, told to come back. When called to give my preference day to come back in, he couldn’t do the next 3 weeks of saturdays, so I had to pick yet another work day morning. Took it back, my service guy had called out, new guy was nice and quick, that day I was supplied an uber back and there which I appreciated and didnt get the first time. However, they said they fixed the issue and sent me home. I started the car today and issue is back right away. Very frustrasting experience overall, for a low mileage car and 3 whole days of service, 2 trips, issue is not fixed. Very unsatisfied with Kia car and service overall. Clawson had treated me like a priority every time, it was quick and efficient.
3 days in the shop to replace a sensor, sensor lights still coming on. Had to take back because part wasn’t in. Very unhappy with the result and time it takes to fix this issue

You replaced the motor under warranty. Afterwards my air conditioning doesn’t work like it did before your technician touched the car. I took it back to your shop and supposedly the technician refilled the cooling agent but my air conditioning STILL ****. I will NEVER go back there.
Service advisor doesn’t ever return phone calls, doesn’t respond to emails, he only responds when I get REALLY UPSET. Literally the worst service department I’ve ever dealt with. Hand to my heart.. worst customer service ever experienced

I just moved from Idaho. The prices at Future Kia were much more than the dealership in Idaho(Stones Kia) which was a big surprise. I figured the same service would be around the same price, but we payed more than double for the service at Future Kia.
