The repair looks nice. But the body work team didn’t put the wheel wells back together correctly. They are flapping and touch the wheels while driving.
I even sent photos of it.
Also, the battery issue you said was fixed after 9 months in your possession is back. Dashboard battery check and turtle lights are back.
Why can’t you guys bet a repair right the first time?
Geo was friendly yet very professional he answered all my questions and acted as if my problem was very important and needed to be resolved.
Flaco was horrible! Sent him pictures of the issues and he never showed the mechanic working on the vehicle. He never called to update me on the status of the vehicle, never informed me that the vehicle was going to be kept over night let alone for the whole week, kept my husband on hold for 40 minutes, when finally getting a hold of him he couldn’t give me an update on the vehicle. He made me never want to bring my car there again for service or recommend anyone to buy anything from Clovis Kia again. When I picked my car, Eric Stafford helped us and we were able to talk to the mechanic (Joel) and they were amazing and helped with any questions that me or my husband had.

you guys didn't fix the issue right. There is something from the bumper assembly in the that is dragging across both front tires.
We thought it was wind noise until we stopped and saw the wheel well flaps dragging on the tires.
And the turtle light from the battery issue that you said was fixed after 9 months is back on.
I'm not even home from picking it up and it's got major issues again.
Why can’t Kia service do it’s job right
I feel there has been a great improvement in the customer service and the service department. Very impressive.
My experience was okay, and I could tell the person helping me was trying to provide good service, even with how busy the office was.
I’ve been bringing my car here for about 3½ years. There used to be a younger, heavy-set gentleman (maybe mid-30s) who always went above and beyond — he explained everything that was done and made sure I understood. That kind of service really builds trust, especially for single senior women like myself who rely on honest information about our vehicles.
On one occasion, I was told all fluids were topped off, yet the next day I got a low wiper-fluid alert. Since I live 25 miles away, that was disappointing. I truly hope your staff continues to provide the same care and attention that employee once did — it made a real difference.
Rouben is always very polite and helpful; however the stand out employee for this service was actually your finance associate Victor. I was told by the service team my car was no longer under warranty so I decided to look into what the cost would be on an extended warranty and when I met with Victor to discuss he uncovered that my car was still under warranty and spoke to the service team to get it straightened out. I truly appreciate his diligence and honesty and am so glad I bought my car at Fiture Kia of Clovis and I have been telling all my friends and family about my experience.

From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. She listened carefully to my questions, explained the service process clearly, and kept me updated throughout the day. It's rare to find someone so genuinely nice and efficient.
