We just love Eric. He’s so helpful considerate of peoples feelings and he is very reliable. It’s always a pleasure to do the necessary things that need done there with Eric. This last visit we were very pleased with Eric. Over the past few years we have had trouble after trouble with the service department. My radio went out under warranty and it took aver a year to get it replaced. Replaced after the radio warranty had lapsed and numerous times the request was “lost” in the service department system, always blamed on former employers. Then my window trim has needed to be replace twice. Again, during warranty window and again, I waited over a year and it was lost on some former employee or computer record. This sounds suspicious. Thank goodness after much stress and trouble, it has been fixed. I have spent most of my time owning this car waiting on forgetrn parts requests: I comments Eric for getting this done. I would not purchase a Kia again:
The side panel on my car was loose but when I picked up my car I didn’t see the passenger side where this paneling was. It was torn off by your guys. I would like a check for the damage that was done to my vehicles. I sent Gio the picture of the damage and no response today.

Fully understood my issue without the whole "well we will have to hear it" he asked "is it a slow crank" and that was it without trying to make it sound worse and stress ne out while I wait.
Someone needs to be responsible from start to finish . waited for like 20 minutes to receive my vehicle . It was like a run around , employees asked if I needed help . Told them I was waiting for my vehicle , employees assumed someone else was getting it .

I brought my Kia K5 in without an appointment at 3:30 in the afternoon. There away a terrible flapping noise coming from underneath. Eric took my information and had the car pulled to the back. My part was replaced within an hour! This is my 2nd car with kia because of the amazing customer service. I am so appreciative!!
