I’ve been coming to Future Kia for about 12 years now and I’ve never had any issues with your guys service department. Geo was great. The communication during the service was great. I love the fact that I can get a lift home and that you guys will send a lift to pick me up top-notch five stars all the way across the board.

Kia service team was very friendly and polite. It was a pleasure having my car serviced with them. I had run over a curb and blew out a tire and they fit me into their busy schedule as a walk-in and had me back on the road again in less than two hours. They even gave me a car wash. I would give the Kia service team and A+ rating.

COMMUNICATION! lacking COMMUNICATION within. The department and to customers. Not sure it's Flacco fault but needs to improve. I'll give grace for taking over the ticket. NEZO WAS AMAZING! really attentive and on top of everything. Sad you let him go!
