Your service team was MIA on this. It was towed in on Monday, Oct 13 and not a single person from Kia reached out. I messaged Kia Service 3 times in the following 8 days and not a single response. So either your text system is broken. Or your customer service process is. I still have no idea what, if any, work was done on my car while you had it this past 9 days. I’m just glad that Morley showed up today and handed me a check for the vehicle. Because I’m really tired of playing games with the service department and waiting for messages and promised updates that never come. .

Well, I need to take it back in on Monday 10/27/2025. I was told it needs to stay there for a few days & you do not have a loner this is my only vehicle. It would be to have a loner. Now I need to figure something out. The associate that assisted me was courteous & thorough.

She was very polite and attentive. I did call about reediming a 50 dollar off certificate that I got once I got home. But apparently I couldn’t use it even though it was within the date?
