Great communication and prompt service
It was a struggle to get any updates regarding my vehicle status. Called multiple times, many times was put on wait for 10-15 mins and no answer got back to me and many times they got back to me after 20 minutes wait on the phone. My advisor promised me everytime that he will call me with update but never did. Even when the car was ready he didn’t call, just sent a message form the automatic system
