I can’t say enough good things about the service department here. After waiting a year and a half at Selma Kia with no progress, Flaco got everything handled and completed in just two weeks. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me out. The difference was night and day. This was by far the best service experience I’ve had at a dealership — highly recommend asking for him

Eric was terrific. He was extremely helpful, polite and easy to talk with. Eric answered all my questions well and treated me more like a welcome guest than just a customer. I was very impressed by my first service visit at Future Kia in large part due to Eric.

Every time I write a great comment it tells me the time has expired so in a nutshell these 3 people were absolutely wonderful! Flaco, Phillip and Rio! Thank you for your kind compassionate hearts! Thank you for fixing my car, giving me a loaner to get to and from the hospital for my son’s surgery. You guys make the dealership!!!

Flaco was great to work and communicated above all. Assured us there was no charges for the services provided. We have had issues with previous visits in not noticing that we have a service package on vehicle. Look forward to him handling future issues and visits. Greatly appreciated.

It was a struggle to get any updates regarding my vehicle status. Called multiple times, many times was put on wait for 10-15 mins and no answer got back to me and many times they got back to me after 20 minutes wait on the phone. My advisor promised me everytime that he will call me with update but never did. Even when the car was ready he didn’t call, just sent a message form the automatic system
