Somebody stole my cup holder coaster. I know because I saw it that morning and I’m the only who uses my car and I don’t drink in my car so there’s no other rational reason it would ever come out of the cupholder. It couldn’t have popped out by accident and as I said I know the people who have been in the car with me, because they live with me, so it’d be pretty idiotic of them to try and take it. Another thing, I was told my car would get washed, I got the keys and the car was definitely not washed, it still had bird poop and dust on it. Lastly, I have a speaker system setup in my car and a knob near my parking break is in charge of the bass. I understand they probably detached it in order to update my system, but at the very least they could’ve screwed it back into place. I went to adjust the volume and realized it was just dangling out of place. So aside from the update and oil change my car came back in worst shape than before. I was going to make a deal about all this at the dealership, but I thought it’d be better if this got out through so hopefully other employees and employers can see the big stink job that happened today. If you wanna make things right you have my number on file.

Picked car up Friday night after being told it simply needed an update for the computer system. Saturday morning the same issue we took the car in for came back. Taking car back today hoping they can actually fix it this time. We have been been co.plaining about the same issue for over a year.
