everyone is truely friendly. However the service took way too long . I was told adding recommend service would take the same amount of time as the regular maintenance. I waited almost 4 hours

I tried calling 3 to 4 times over a few days and even left a few messages on the AI message center. No one called me back. I had to schedule my appointment online and had to wait 2 weeks to come in for a service.
