i had an 0800 appointment for my first oil change. i have a fully paid maintenance package. the process was smooth with no problems until i was called to the desk to get my keys. i was asked to pay $140, and i said no, i have a prepaid package. Diana said that she couldn’t see that i had that package. i said that i absolutely do have it. she sent me to the waiting room to wait for finance to arrive and talk to them.
i do this and the situation was resolved, but the fact that the service advisor doesnt have access to that most basic information is a problem.
They didn’t put air in my tires or rotate them. I’m not sure why I paid 200 for oil and window shield wipers. Also, I had to find the number to call them and ask if I could get a ride back because they just texted me with no call back number telling me it was ready. This is not the first time they didn’t rotate my tires. I’m sure CarFax thinks they did. I will be checking.
When I called the day before and notified rep of issue with the car he said I could bring it in the next morning at 8 am. I stated I have to be at work by 8 am and requested a loaner vehicle, he stated we can’t do that and suggested they get a lyft for me which is fine. The morning of the rep Abeline took care of me right away, I got there at 7:33 am for drop off and immediately asked her if she can order the lyft so I’m not late to work. She stated she would do it once everything is done. She took videos of the car and as we were walking back in I told her I don’t mean to rush you but can you please order the lyft, it was 7:40 am now. She said she can’t order it unless I sign first. I figured by the time the Lyft arrived I would’ve signed the paper work already and could’ve saved a few mins. But she refused. She said it takes 3 mins for the Lyft to get there usually. Once everything is signed she decides to order the lyft and it was 6 mins away. My shift starts at 8 am and I didn’t get there until 8:15 am because she refused to order the lyft in a timely manner. If I knew this would happen I wouldn’t have dropped it off before shift on a day I work.
The team is excellent. I walked in without an appointment. They helped me throughout the process and had a Lift to take me to work and then back.
She was very attentive and took care of my vehicles needs

Yes Eric was friendly and polite. And I am glad He got me and my Grandson a ride with Lyft down the street while we waited for the car to be repaired.

Giovanni was very courteous and helpful. I needed to replace two tires and one had a nail embedded in the outside of the tread which could not be repaired. He was able to get the tires ordered and on the car the same day. I was very happy.
