I was extremely happy with my most recent visit to Future Kia’s service department. Eric was fantastic as always, my concerns regarding the vehicle were accurately communicated to the service technician in the vehicle intake notes and my repairs were completed sooner than I expected.

You have trained you service reps to be really nice and polite and charismatic as they do absolutely nothing to fix the vehicle. Never buying a Kia or Hyundai in the future.
