Made an appointment for 1115 for a simple oil change nothing extra. Now i understand it can take a bit, and i had to wait since i had no way of getting back to pick up my car. But 3 HOURS!! That is just plain ridiculous! If you are that short staffed refuse walk ins and limit appointment times as i was not the only one who had to wait that long. This definitely has me considering going somewhere else in the future.

Jacob was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided fantastic customer service. Broke down the service that would be done to my car. Jacob explained why my car needed additional maintenance and helped understand the process and cost. Jacob deserves a raise and recognition for his outstanding performance.

The guy who checked me in was rude And didn’t explain things correctly. Had to verify a few things with a manager to find out why things had changes. If he would have told me one of my concerns was not covered I would have understood that. Will not deal with this agent again or I will find another Kia to Take my car to for warranty
